Computer savvy. Currently using Windows 95 O.S. - am comfortable in 3.1 and DOS - use and am proficient with too many programs to list including Corel WordPerfect and Adobe Photo Shop, use both Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer and various *IRC's. Easily adapt to most operating systems and programs. Rebuilt 1995 Packard Bell 486DX4, early March of 1998 - currently using *BIOS Award 8-7-97 PCI, ISA, *CPU type: Intel Pentium P55C with *mmx and 80*mb *RAM, hard drive 3.1 gb memory. Did all of my own programing.
Self taught in Hyper Text Markup Language and the use of Java script since late March of 1999.
All HTML used here is handwritten - I prefer to write in Arachnophilia over Notepad - due to ease in browser accessability.

Home based in Fallon, NV, I was the independent contractor for the US HUD Section 8 rental assistance program, for the towns of; Fallon, Fernley, Silver Springs, and Stage Coach. As such my primary duties were taking applications and doing dwelling inspections. Hidden duties included mediation between clients, landlords, and the NRHA, often helping our low income, handicapped and elderly clients cope with personal problems, and convincing Landlords that renting through this program would work for them. During my time there I also handled the application taking, interviewing and taking photos of residences that potentially qualified for a one time grant through the, "Housing Preservation Grant" (HPG), which as I understand it is a Farmers Home Administration program. I had to resign this much loved position due to my husbands employment and our move to Missouri. *Copy of letter of recommendation can be suplied upon request.

Most of the above was learned while I worked for Ennis Business Forms. When this branch first opened there were several days with very little to do in the composition department. As a result I spent much time in the order taking and entry, complaint, mailing, and shipping departments. I also put in some time on the offset press, but do not feel qualified as an experienced pressman. As far as I know Ennis is still using the Camera Ready Art - description and requirement specifications that I wrote. As well as the method for type paste-up used for polymer plate making that I developed. I was told that five employees were hired to take over for me when I became ill, it is possible that an increase in work was the cause, however, I have always felt very proud of this fact.

Wife and Mother

For the most part, the past twenty five years of my life have been dedicated to that of wife and mother. My eldest child, Susan Holcomb is now married and resides in rural Albany with her husband and two sons. Our second child Wendy Frank is currently a full time honor student at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. Our youngest, James Frank plans on attending the University of Missouri at Maryville this fall. My husband and I agreed that our children were our first priority, therefore I have only been employed for brief periods when finances necessitated. Now that the children are grown I am eager to find something as challenging and fulfilling as this position has been. Well, close anyway.
